The raw health benefits of local Irish honey

Most supermarket honey is heated and ultra-filtered until little of the original goodness remains. Ours never is. By keeping every jar raw and unpasteurised, we preserve the antioxidants, live enzymes and wild pollen that make local heather and wildflower honey so cherished.
